Ashley Freeman, Certified (master) Hypnotherapist, is a member in good standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists. Ms. Freeman follows the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Ashley is a keenly intuitive person who has dedicated her life to personal development. Early on she cultivated a fascination with the power of the mind and spirit and soon began to understand that energy as a gateway toward confidence and self-realization. Ashley studied psychology at the Dalhousie University in Halifax and at the University of Toronto.

In 2004, while working to overcome some personal challenges, she decided to put her beliefs into practice in pursuit of a professional conduit to support others. She found that means of helpful communication through studying hypnotherapy. She obtained her certification and became a member of the National Guild of Hypnotherapists.

Ashley considers hypnotherapy a vocation that allows her to share her expertise with others, cutting to the truth and needs of each individual so that she may help them identify and achieve their goals and ambitions. Whether it's smoking cessation, sleeping problems, help with interpersonal relationships or confidence building, through one-on-one sessions Ashley meets her clients where they are in their lives and works with them to overcome their challenges to achieve the singular results they are seeking.

"I believe in the mind's ability to overcome all personal obstacles. Through hypnosis a person can transform to become whatever he or she wishes to be, personally, emotionally and professionally."
